We strive to deliver products purchased from Vastrani in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact admin@vastrani.my or Call/Whatsapp 016-5784866.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-7 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of RM6 for West Malaysia and RM9 for East Malaysia will be applied to all orders below RM100
- In case of partial cancellation by customer if total cart value goes below the free shipping amount, Vastrani reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of RM6 for West Malaysia and RM9 for East Malaysia.
- The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
Cancellation Policy
Vastrani reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as
per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will
ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable
refund will be made in reasonable time. In case of partial cancellation by
