The Return process – Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at VASTRANI.MY by following the below steps.

• Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at VASTRANI.MY
• Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
• Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Need to return – Few points to remember

• Vastrani only accepts defect or wrongly received items are eligible for exchange, exchange is only for the same design.
• Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds click here.
• All returned items must be unused and unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Shipping charges for product return is non-refundable, and shall be borne by customer. 
• In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at admin@vastrani.my or WhatsApp 016-5794866.
• If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
• Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service such as Ninja Van, J&T Express, DHL, Skynet, GDEX. 
• In case of order where reverse pickup service not available by our courier partner, customers can self-ship the items to our return address only after our approvals. 
• Vastrani will not accept exchange request due to ordering wrong size. Customers have to make sure to check on the product page of the size chart and order according to their body measurement.  

Non-returnable categories– Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

How do you return?

• Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
• Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed RM6 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to Vastrani. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have misplaced the return form, click here to print a new one. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet

Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

• Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all credit/ debit card and FPX online banking orders
• A Coupon Code of the refund value in your VASTRANI.MY account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at VASTRANI.MY.
