1. What are the delivery charges?
Free Delivery inside Malaysia. For Singapore is a flat rate of RM17. For other countries shipping charges are calculated on the number of products in your order and total package weight.
3. Why should I create an account?
You need to register at Vastrani.my so that we can enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. We keep you updated on your orders and refunds through SMS/email. Though we allow you to shop as a guest, we automatically register you.
5. What happens next after I placed order and made payment?
You will receive a CONFIRMATION email and SMS .We will try to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse and will keep you informed at every step. You can also track your order through our website from ‘My Account’ section. It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is handed over to the delivery service provider.
7. How do I track my shipment?
You can track your order status in the “My Account” section. Once it is dispatched, the shipment details are updated in your account, which you can track on the respective courier’s website.
9. How long will it take to get my order?
The shipping time depends on what items you order and to which city you are getting them shipped. Once your order is shipped, we’ll SMS/email you tracking details and you can always check your order's status under My Orders.
11. When and how can I cancel the order?
You can cancel your order 24 hours or before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the "Completed" state). You can do so by calling us or WhatsApp 016-5794866 with the order number.
13. My card is declined, What should I do?
Please recheck if you have given your card details correct. If so, please contact your banks and explain to them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your banks might block your cards for security issues.

4. How do i know what size to order?
Sizing varies, because we sell products from many different brands. On the product page you will see the size chart. On the website, size guide is given next to the product information tab. You can click on Size guide to view details.
6. Why my order showing "Processing"
We confirm your order and send the details to our warehouse, then they pack the order and hand it over to the courier person. This process take 24-48 hours, till then the status of the order remains “processing.

For all Online Order our Delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver and they will keep at their shop for self-collect in 7 days before the product will be returned to our warehouse . After this it may be re-dispatched as per customer’s request but there will be charges for delivery.

16. What is the condition required for product exchange due to damage or defects?
The product is returned to us with 1. Send us the original invoice 2. All its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. 3. Product is unused condition. As soon as we have received the product, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full refund in 15 days transferred to your account. If the product is deemed not to have a manufacturing defect, but has been damaged because of misuse, we will not replace and customer has to bear the cost or shipping back to them.
18. Is there a difference between what I see and what I buy?
At Vastrani.my, what you see is what you get. Our team work hard on photographing images as is. Our content team gives you an elaborate description of the product with detailed specifications of each item. Our sourcing team makes sure to send out products that meet the Vastrani aesthetic and stringent quality standards. If despite this you don’t fall in love with what you get, give us a call within 3 days to book a return if the product condition is unused and we will offer you a full refund.
